About Embrace Odyssey Counselling
I know how unpredictable life can be, full of challenges, transitions, and unexpected turns. At times, the journey can feel overwhelming - marked by grief, loss, trauma, or uncertainty. At Embrace Odyssey Counselling, I provide a safe and compassionate space where you are supported to embrace your experiences and discover your own strength. As a long-time Primary School Teacher, former Early Childhood Educator, Sales and Marketing Executive, wife, and mother of six, I’ve faced my share of curveballs. I understand how overwhelming it can feel to juggle so many responsibilities—and I’m here to help you find your balance and embrace your own Odyssey as you journey towards your goals in life.
Growing up in a multicultural home with immigrant parents taught me how identity, culture, and expectations—both from family and society—can shape who we are. My own journey of growth, strength, and resilience is what inspires me to walk alongside others as they navigate their own.
In our sessions, you’ll find a safe, supportive space where you’re truly heard and understood. Together, we’ll explore your challenges, uncover your strengths, and work towards the life you want—one step at a time to reach your Odyssey.
